Who we are

CWLIZCARENI is a care and staffing agency providing professional services across Belfast and Northern Ireland. Our work combines direct care and support for adults with a staffing service for organisations that require experienced care professionals.

Our care services include supported living, domiciliary care, live-in care and tailored support. We also supply Senior Carers, Healthcare Assistants and Nurses to care homes, supported living services and other healthcare organisations.

We aim to build professional relationships based on respect, communication and a clear understanding of what each person or organisation requires. We recognise that quality support depends on listening to the people who receive services and working constructively with the professionals involved in their care.

Our approach

We work with individuals and service users to provide responsive and respectful support. We put their unique needs, values, and preferences at the heart of every decision. This means that we do not view care as a one-size-fits-all service. People's circumstances, routines and goals can be different, and support should take those differences into account.

We also recognise the importance of partnership working.
